(b) Sale, rent, or transfer of your personal information to third parties for their independent use
(c) Creating individual profiles for commercial exploitation
(d) Making automated decisions that directly affect you without aggregation
(e) Any purpose beyond the scope of research, analysis, and reporting as described in this document

(a) Aggregated statistical analysis and reporting
(b) Internal research and development to improve our services
(c) Compliance with legal obligations
All published results from the Reality Gap Report will be presented in aggregate form only. Individual responses will never be published or shared in a way that could identify you personally.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION4.1 Personal Information ProtectionPersonal identifying information you provide, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, target demographic information such as age, gender, and hobbies, and any other identifying or personal information WILL NOT be shared in any publication, report, or public dissemination of the Reality Gap Report findings.

6. PAYMENT, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION6.1 Payment TermsAll payments for the Reality Gap Report must be made in full at the time of purchase.
6.2 Cancellation WindowYou may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 12 hours of your initial payment. To request a cancellation within this window, you must contact us at

6.3 No Refunds After 12 HoursAfter the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, all payments are final and non-refundable. This is because we begin the process of procuring and preparing your Reality Gap Report immediately after this period, which involves dedicated resources and time.
6.4 Questionnaire CompletionIt is your sole responsibility and discretion to complete the questionnaire provided as part of the Reality Gap Report service. Failure to complete the questionnaire in a timely manner may delay or prevent delivery of your Reality Gap Report.
6.5 Delivery TimelineUpon completion of the questionnaire, you will receive your Reality Gap Report within 7-10 business days. This timeline begins only after you have fully completed and submitted all required information.
6.6 No Refunds for Non-CompletionIf you fail to complete the questionnaire or choose not to provide the necessary information after the 12-hour cancellation window, you will not be entitled to a refund. The responsibility to complete the questionnaire and receive your report rests solely with you.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERSWe may use trusted third-party service providers to assist with data collection, storage, or analysis. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes we specify and in accordance with these Terms.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF BENEFITSWhile we strive to create valuable insights, participation in the Report does not guarantee any direct personal benefit, compensation, or advantage to you.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYAll reports, analyses, and publications resulting from the Reality Gap Report remain the intellectual property of Minerva Creative Co. However, the underlying data you provide remains your property, subject to our limited license to use it as described in these Terms.
10. CHANGES TO TERMSWe reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Minerva Creative Co, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
12. DISCLAIMERYour use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
13. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Minerva Creative Co operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

(b) You consent to the collection and use of your data as described
(c) You understand your data will be used only for research and aggregated reporting purposes
(d) You are aware of your rights and how to exercise them
(e) You understand that you have 12 hours from purchase to request a full refund
(f) You understand that after 12 hours, all payments are final and non-refundable
(g) You understand it is your responsibility to complete the questionnaire to receive your report
(h) You understand your report will be delivered within 7-10 business days after questionnaire completion
